This monogram was running the General-adjutant, held in the person of the Emperor, according to his Majesty's orders, June 30, 1898. A monogrammed image of the name of Nicholas II was supposed to match the color of the metal of the device is uniform, and the late Emperor on the color was supposed to be the opposite.
