An interesting feature of this piece is the cuffs, which are not made of cloth, but of black velvet. The reason for this discrepancy is the lack of a complete description of it. The order on the introduction of the uniform contains the wording "modeled on a ceremonial uniform, but without buttonholes." As we can see, in practice it was interpreted in different ways. The uniform is made of high-quality cloth of "royal color", the collar and cuffs are made of black velvet. The size is about 46-48.
