The original medal is in good collector's condition. Silver, stamping. The medal of the reign of Nicholas II (1894-1917), on the obverse there is a profile portrait of the emperor. In the center of the reverse is an inscription in four lines: "FOR BRAVERY", below is the serial number of the award 665155 (143rd artillery brigade, bombardier Mikhail Vasilyevich Rykov.
