The cadets belonging to the military school vilenskogo can be identified by a light blue shoulder straps with no edgings and cipher. On three sides of the shoulder straps are trimmed with narrow gold galloon. Braids and bileve of petrici on the collar and cuffs were supposed to all cadets of military schools. In 1910, as a ceremonial headdress. they were rated shako type introduced a year earlier for the guard infantry, but embellished front buckle with emblem of military educational institutions (the two-headed eagle in the glow). The covering of the braid on top of the shako and POM POM with alternating white and black-and-oranjevyi sectors of the same sample as that of combatant non-commissioned officers,
