Original epaulets of the XIX century in very good for its age and rarity condition. 6th naval crew were among the oldest in the Russian Navy; he was stationed in Libau (the Military port of Emperor Alexander III, now Liepaja). The shoulder straps are made in the technique, which entered into use in the 1820's. To cut to the pursuit curve to its linkage with a special stamp punch contour figures, and then placed a white cloth and sewn around the perimeter (initially manually, and from the 1860s, machine stitching). Despite the age, the shoulder strap is in good condition and requires only the restoration of the original stitching around the edges instead of lost. Equipped with the original button with the image of an anchor used in the Russian military fleet in 1864 – 1904 the Guarantee of authenticity.
