Cloth, paint. Training artillery detachment of the Baltic fleet was founded in 1870, and in 1900 received the status of a separate part. The unit was training gunners and galvaneal for the Baltic fleet and the Siberian flotilla; it also consisted of an Artillery officer class, which raised the qualification of officers of the marine artillery from all fleets. The detachment was two cruisers and several destroyers numbered which teams wore uniforms with the ships ' names on ribbons and numbers of crews on the shoulder straps. The lower ranks, "assigned to the coastal needs of the group", 14 December 1900, was awarded a special ribbon on his cap with the inscription "Proc.Artil.Detachment and shoulder straps with encryption "A. O." printed on black cloth with yellow paint. The number of this category of sailors and non-commissioned officers was very small – only 170 people. Encryption without any changes lasted until 1917, given the short period of existence and the small staff numbers the shoulder straps can be confidently attributed to the rarities. Despite the damage, it is quite suitable for skilled restoration; the authentic encryption remained at 75% of its area. The guarantee of authenticity.
