Photos of soldiers-participants of the Russian-Japanese war

Judging by the colour of collar and epaulettes (those other uniformed color, with light beading on the shoulder straps there is no encryption), both soldiers serve in the Escort guard. However, the presence of a light bronze medal in memory of Russian-Japanese war 1904 – 1905 indicates that, previously, both were in the army active armies in the far East. Most likely, the lower ranks were called in one of the East-Siberian infantry regiments in the final period of the war, and at its end directed to serve in one of the convoy teams, which in Siberia was quite a lot.
