One of the hallmarks of the life of the Russian Orthodox clergy were considered large families with many children. In this case, the picture depicts the priest (father) in a cassock and pectoral cross, his wife (my mother) seated next to her husband, and their children and other relatives. The priest dressed in casual clothes of Orthodox priests – robe, on his chest a pectoral cross. To the right of the father in the foreground is the eldest son, a student at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute, clad in a uniform dark green jacket and blue pants. Counter uniform jacket cipher "MF" in a wreath (Polytechnic Institute was under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance), on the lapels – logo engineers-electrical engineers (crossed axe, shovel and lightning), all the edging on the uniform yellow color typical for electricians, telegraphers and telephone operators. On similarity of appearance to identify four of his sisters (far right in the front and the first three from left in back row). On the degree of kinship of the other characters can only speculate; presumably among them there are relatives in the lateral line, maybe a sister father (to his right) and sister of mother (far left in the front row, maybe second from right in back row). Far right in back row – student secondary educational institution (College or school), wearing a very distinctive jacket"Austrian" with clasp on hooks that were seniors. Lovely photo with great patriarchalism family; such a family in many years was the Foundation of the Russian society. The image size is 225*280 mm. the Guarantee of authenticity.
