Very rare and interesting lot of documents for PFC Joseph Asuka, including a certificate of excellent behaviour and extremely rare, if not unique, document for the award of the regimental sign. This type of document received by us for the first time. The size of each paper 210*350 mm. the Safety of both sheets is satisfactory. One of the documents contains the handwritten signature of the regimental commander – major General V. A. Komarov. The guarantee of authenticity.
Vladimir Komarov (1861-1918 gg) — head of the Petrograd Palace administration, Lieutenant-General. Orthodox. From the nobility. On graduating from the page corps in 1881 was produced from the cells of page to ensign the life guards Preobrazhensky regiment. Ranks: Lieutenant (1884), Lieutenant (1885), the captain (1889), captain (1896), Colonel (1899), major General (1907), Lieutenant General (1916). More than eight years commanded a company, and five battalion regiment. On 7 August 1904 he was appointed commander of the Combined guards battalion. In 1906 he was appointed aide-de-camp. 3 Sep 1907 promoted to major General "for distinguished service" with the appointment of the commander of his Imperial Majesty of Consolidated infantry regiment and with enrollment in the Retinue of His Majesty. With the beginning of the First world war, on 13 August 1914 he was appointed head of the Petrograd Palace administration, and on 10 April 1916 produced in Lieutenant General "for distinguished service". In September 1918, was one of the first hostages taken by the Petrograd Cheka after the announcement of the red terror. Was soon killed, but the exact date of death unknown.
