The original tashka is in very good collector's condition. Leather, velvet. Inside, the manufacturer's stamp is applied in gold, made in the form of the inscription "M[ais]on DASSIER / MOURRE S[ucess]eur Fourn[isseu]r B[reve]té de S.M. PARIS / RUE RICHELIEU, 12" ("Maison Dassier, formerly a famous Parisian manufacturer of hats (hats, military cocked hats, and caps). His successor (Successeur) was Mr. Moore (Mourre). An official supplier with a patent (privilege) His Majesty the Emperor (we are talking about Emperor Napoleon III and the era of the Second Empire in France, 1852-1870). On top, the impression is decorated with the official imperial coat of arms of the Second French Empire with the image of an eagle and a crown. A plaque in the form of an imperial crowned eagle made of gilded brass is fixed in the center of the lid.
