An interesting feature of the object is that, judging by the stamps, it is assembled from two different–time products of the Meissen manufactory: the bowl was made in the XIX century, the leg - in the XX. At the same time, both elements of the vase are very well combined in style. The brand is underglaze. Meissen (porcelain), Meissen porcelain (German: Meissener Porzellan) is the product of the first manufactory in Europe, which for a long time was the leading enterprise where real hard porcelain was made. Since its foundation in 1710 and until 1863, Meissen porcelain was produced at the Albrechtsburg factory, at the residence of the Saxon electors near the city of Meissen (Upper Saxony), then at the manufacturing site in Meissen-Tribischtal, which is used to this day. The famous underglaze brand of Meissen porcelain is two crossed blue swords from the coat of arms of Saxony. Crossed swords have become a symbol of the manufactory since 1731, when all porcelain from Mysen had to have a brand. The image of swords prevailed over the brand "AR" ("Augustus Rex") and the "staff of Mercury". To identify goods of less than ideal quality, transverse strokes were applied to the swords overglaze. The first markings of this type can be found on products from about 1764. In 1918, during the constitutional restoration of state ownership after the First World War, the company was named the "Meissen State Porcelain Manufactory" (Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen). In the GDR, the manufactory was a state-owned enterprise. Since June 26, 1991, it has been operating under the name "Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH", and belongs to the Free State of Saxony (a federal state with the status of a Free State within Germany).
