Bronze, enamel, remnants of silvering. An original and quite rare sign in a very good collector's condition. The basis of the composition of the sign is a wreath of leaves and stylized hills of green color. In the center of the sign, against the background of the national emblem of the country, a hand with a sword is depicted. On the reverse there are two wide flat teeth. Fastening – on clips. It was established in the summer of 1941. It was awarded after completing training in military educational institutions and for skilful leadership of troops in combat conditions.
