Order of Labor (Serbo-Croatian Order of Rada / Orden rada, maked. Order of Labor, Slovene. Red dela) is an award of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The order was awarded for achievements in work. The Order of Labor of three degrees was established by the Chairmanship of the Anti-Fascist Veche of the People's Liberation of Yugoslavia by decree of May 1, 1945. By the decree of the Presidium and the People's Assembly of the People's Assembly of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia dated November 28, 1947, the Medal of Labor was also introduced. The Order and medal were awarded to individuals, workers' organizations and military units of the SFRY who achieved personal success in work and work of special importance for the benefit of the country and/or state labor organizations. The sculptor Antun Augustincic worked on the exterior of the order. On March 1, 1961, a new law on awards in the SFRY introduced new names: the Order of Labor of the first degree was now called the Order of Labor with the Red Banner, the Order of Labor of the second degree — the Order of Labor with the golden wreath, the Order of Labor of the third degree — the Order of Labor with the silver wreath. By the end of 1985, 359,239 people were awarded, of whom 7,096 were awarded the Order of Labor with the Red Banner, 36,000 were awarded the Order of Labor with the Golden Wreath, 182910 were awarded the Order of Labor with the Silver Wreath, and 133233 were awarded the Medal of Labor. 1,546 youth work brigades became full holders of the Order of Labor.
