Description

Bronze, stamping, silver plating. The original cross on the original shoe. Official name in Cyrillic: Krst "For Entry into Prince Ferdinand I in 1887." ("Cross" For the ascension of Prince Ferdinand I in 1887."", bolg.). The award was established on December 21, 1887 (January 2, 1888 according to the new style). It is a Maltese cross with rounded ends and fleur-de-lis (fleur-de-lis) between the rays. In the center of the obverse (obverse) is the monogram of Prince Ferdinand I, surrounded by the inscription "God's WILL • National DEVOTION" ("God's will • National devotion", bolg.). The cross had two degrees:

1st degree: Gilded cross, enameled central medallion.

2nd degree (as in the image): A bronze (or silver-plated) cross without enamel.

The award was worn on a triangular ribbon on the left side of the chest. The ribbon in the image has the characteristic colors of the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha dynasty — yellow with black and white stripes along the edges. The crosses were made by the Viennese firm C.F. Rothe. Guarantee of authenticity.
