Bronze, silvering, stamping. The original badge of the order is in excellent collector's condition. The mark on the original shoe. In the center of the obverse is the monogram of the founder of the order, Tsar Ferdinand I (intertwined letters "FF" and the Roman numeral "I").In the center of the reverse is a Bulgarian lion with a coat of arms on its chest. There is an inscription in Bulgarian around the circle: "FOR MILITARY MERIT" (For military merit) and the date of foundation of the order is MAY 18, 1900. The presence of crossed swords between the rays of the cross indicates the military nature of the award. Guarantee of authenticity.
The Order was established by decree of Prince Ferdinand I on August 2, 1891. It was intended to reward military personnel for impeccable service and special merits in wartime.
