Bulgaria. Medal "For the rescue of the dead" in bronze.

An extremely rare medal in very good collector's condition. Dark bronze, stamped. The medal is equipped with an original shoe. The obverse of the medal features a portrait of the reigning monarch Ferdinand I. On the reverse, in the center, there is an inscription in three lines: "FOR THE SALVATION OF THE DEAD" (the old spelling of the Bulgarian language), framed by a laurel wreath. The medal is topped with a royal crown with fluttering ribbons. Guarantee of authenticity.
