Bronze, silvering, enamel. On the original tape. Very good condition. It was established on November 7-8, 1847 by Leopold I, the youngest son of the Duke of Saxe—Coburg and was named "The Industrial and Agricultural Decoration (later, the Labor Decoration)" (Industrial and Agricultural Insignia, later, the Labor Insignia) for long service and merits in industry. In 1849-1963, a second type of badge appeared in two classes: gold and silver for industry, gold for service for 30 years, silver for 25 years. In 1849-1863, it was the third type of badge in two classes for agricultural employees. On May 9, 1863, the type of badge was changed and became similar to the one awarded to the present day.
