History

The sign of the "Silesian eagle" established 16.06.1919 year recognition of the service of members of volunteer corps for the protection of Upper Silesia from the Polish separatists. 16.05.1933 later years of the NSDAP declared the award "Silesian eagle" the official award of the Germany. The award was established in 2 classes and is permitted for formal wear: 1st class - gold plated for 6 months of the struggle for Silesia was attached with a pin, 2nd class - black 2 month struggle was in fact the medal was attached to the Shoe with tape.
