A very rare document signed by the Italian dictator and founder of the fascist party Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) in Rome on July 4, 1929. In Italian. Mussolini writes about the provisions on passive air defense of the national territory and sends his correspondents a preliminary copy of "Regolamento per la Difesa Contro-Aerei del Territorio Nazionale". Marked "Very confidential" is an Italian text consisting of thirty-nine articles in ten chapters. Signed on the title page of "Mussolini" as head of Government and Chairman of the Supreme Defense Commission. Mussolini's autographs are not found on the domestic antique market.
