bio: Johann Josef Wenzel (Anton Franz Karl) Graf von radecki Radets (. Johann Josef Wenzel Graf Radetzky von Radetz,, Czech. Jan Josef Václav Radecký z Radče; 2 November 1766, the castle Trzebnica[cs] - January 5, 1858, Milan) was an Austrian military commander and statesman, Czech noble family, field Marshal (1836); most outstanding military leader of Austria of his time.

the Young officer was involved in Turkish war 1790, was distinguished in the battles of Marengo and Hohenlinden. Appointed in 1813 member of the military Council, actively worked on the reorganization of the Austrian army, particularly caring for business trips for the border of young officers for a complete military education.
