Medal for participation in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871 for non-combatants

The original medal is in excellent collectible condition. Steel, stamping, silvering. In the center of the obverse is an image of an Iron Cross framed by rays of sunlight and a laurel wreath of winners, centered on the dates of the war of 1870-1871. In the center of the reverse there is an image of the monogram of King Wilhelm I of Prussia (1861-1888) crowned with a royal crown, in the lower part there is an inscription in German "Dem siegreichen Heere" ( "Victorious army"), around the circumference there is an inscription in German "Gott war uns ihm sei die Ehre ( "God was with us, honor to Him"). Ribbon colors of the flag of the German Empire (black, white, red). Guarantee of authenticity. It was established on May 20, 1871. Prussian servicemen who participated in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871 were awarded.
