The Purple Heart Medal, awarded by E. Telling for his injury in December 1945

The original medal is in excellent collector's condition. In the original case. The medal is unsigned, however, we can say with 100% certainty that it belongs to Private Edward A. Telling (March 1, 1916 – February 20, 2004), in whose family it and a number of his documents and personal belongings were acquired. See photos of the veteran's grave in the lot feed. The set also includes a number of documents, a certificate of injury, letters, a photo of Edward, his personal badge with a bullet hit. A wonderful set in excellent condition.
