Set of badges of the medal "European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign"

Bronze, stamping, patination. The original medal is in excellent collectible condition. The set also includes a miniature version, a strap and overhead stars on the ribbon. The obverse of the medal depicts the landing of a naval assault, from a landing ship under enemy fire, a flying plane is depicted in the sky, above the inscription in English "EUROPEAN-AFRICAN-MIDDLE EASTERN COMPANY". On the reverse, an American eagle sitting on a rock, to the right of it dates 1941-1945, to the right the inscription "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". The medal is attached to a green ribbon, decorated with brown stripes along the edges, and having small stripes: white, blue, red and black. Guarantee of authenticity.

The medal "For the European-African-Middle East Company" is a commemorative award to participants in the combat operations of the US armed forces in Europe, Africa or the Middle East during World War II. The reasons for awarding Participation in one of the military companies in Europe, Africa or the Middle East in the period from 7.12.1941 – 8.11.1946, the minimum service period in one of the theaters of military operations to which the award was dedicated was 30 days of continuous service or 60 days in total. The first recipient of the European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal was General Dwight Eisenhower on July 24, 1947. The medal was established as a single commemorative award for all branches of the armed Forces of the United States of America that participated in theaters of operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East during World War II.
