bio: Johann Josef Wenzel (Anton Franz Karl) Graf von radecki Radets (. Johann Josef Wenzel Graf Radetzky von Radetz,, Czech. Jan Josef Václav Radecký z Radče; 2 November 1766, the castle Trzebnica[cs] - January 5, 1858, Milan) was an Austrian military commander and statesman, Czech noble family, field Marshal (1836); most outstanding military leader of Austria of his time.

the Young officer was involved in Turkish war 1790, was distinguished in the battles of Marengo and Hohenlinden.
