Captain 's tunic of the Red Army Air Force of the 1943 model

The original officer's tunic, sewn from high-quality English woolen fabric supplied to the USSR under lend-lease, is in very good collector's condition. The collar is standing, soft, fastened with through loops in front with two uniform buttons of small size (one of them is missing). The upper strap is located in the middle and is fastened with three uniform buttons of small size through loops. The tunic has slotted (internal) pockets covered with flaps. Size 50-52, height 180. The field shoulder straps of the captain of the Air Force are installed on the tunic. The belt is not included. Guarantee of authenticity. It was introduced by order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR No. 25 of January 15, 1943. On August 5, 1944, breast welt pockets were introduced on the tunics of women enlisted and non-commissioned officers.
