Born in the family of mechanics and peasant women. At the age of 17 she became Secretary-typist in one of the local offices of the French Communist party.
23 February 1950 at the station Saint-Pierre-des-corps, in the French city Tour, arrived a train with tanks, heading in the French Indochina. It immediately became known to the locals.
