Every year one of the Masonic Provinces under the presidency of Provincial Grand Master conducted the festival to raise funds for the Institutions for Girls and Boys (RMIB, RMIG) IN rare cases, the festivals could be chaired by eminent members of the Guild (Craft). At the end of the festival was declared a collection amount that was transferred for the needs of the Institute. Usually festivals are held in July and consisted of a dinner and concert. Brothers who have made a certain amount of money, depending on the amount could be:
Patron
Vice - Patron
Vice - President
Life Governor
or
Life Subscriber
(Stewards) the Stewards had to pay an extra amount to get the sign of "Steward"
The sign of the "Steward" was issued for one year (the year of the festival) usually, however, the Grand Master was permitted to consider sign regular (Permanent Jewel) and was allowed to wear it for life, but only in the province where the festival took place, and the sign was issued.
